THE AIRCRAFT GROUP LANDS MAJOR EXPRESS CARRIER AS NEW CLIENT

Consulting Firm will Streamline Aircraft Acquisitions and Conversions

PHOENIX, AZ, May 31, 2007 - The Aircraft Group, a Phoenix-based firm to the aviation community, today announced the signing of a multi-year agreement with a major express carrier. The Aircraft Group will assist in the acquisition of passenger aircraft prior to their conversion to cargo configurations. Per the terms of the agreement, The Aircraft Group will use its expertise to help streamline the induction process of dozens of aircraft annually. The Aircraft Group’s highly regarded TAG Fleet Online® and DocuSearch™ systems will also be utilized to help manage the masses of FAA required records.

“We are pleased that our client recognized the benefits of our expertise and the need for our services,” stated Walter Andrushenko, president of The Aircraft Group. “Aircraft conversions can cost millions of dollars per airplane. By being involved from the inspection through the recordkeeping processes, we will be able to accelerate their entire operation and save our client both time and money.”

The customer made the decision to utilize The Aircraft Group to help restructure the aircraft induction process after recognizing the demands on the current staff, the challenging acquisition schedule and the impact on productivity.

“There are many components to acquiring and readying an aircraft to join the mainline fleet. It involves technical expertise, recordkeeping and more,” a company spokesman said. “We realized that it was not cost-effective for us to handle the full process internally, especially when we met with The Aircraft Group and determined their expertise dovetailed perfectly with our existing professional record staff and emerging aircraft acquisition requirements.
